70.—(1) The Education (Independent School Standards) (England) Regulations 2003(1) are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 4 (interpretation), for the definition of “fire authority” substitute—
““fire and rescue authority” means a fire and rescue authority under the Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004;”.
(3) In paragraph 3(5)(b) of the Schedule (independent schools standards), for “fire authority” substitute “fire and rescue authority”.
