Amendment of the Variations Regulations
10. In regulation 7(5)(b) of the Variations Regulations (prescribed circumstances)(1), for the words after “receipt of” to “of that Act)”, there shall be substituted “working tax credit under section 10 of the Tax Credits Act 2002”.
