1.—(1) These regulations may be cited as the Limited Liability Partnerships (Forms) Regulations 2001 and shall come into force on 6th April 2001.
(2) In these Regulations, references to a section or to a numbered section are to a section of the Companies Act 1985 as applied to limited liability partnerships by regulations 3 and 4 of the Limited Liability Partnerships Regulations 2001(1).
