2. Article 3 of the Order shall be amended as follows—
(a)in paragraph (1)(b), after the words “agree to supply or deliver” there shall be inserted—
“; or
(c)do any act calculated to promote the supply or delivery of”;
(b)in paragraph (2) after the reference to “(1)(b)” there shall be inserted “or (c)”.
