The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 1(4)(i) and (4A) of the Breeding of Dogs Act 1973(1), hereby makes the following Regulations:
1973 c. 60, as amended by section 2 of the Breeding and Sale of Dogs (Welfare) Act 1999 (c. 11).
