Amendment of the Social Security (Graduated Retirement Benefit) (No. 2) Regulations 1978

5.  In section 36(9) of the National Insurance Act 1965(1), as continued in force by paragraph (3) of regulation 3 of, and Schedule 1 to, the Social Security (Graduated Retirement Benefit) (No. 2) Regulations 1978(2), for the words “regulation 9(5) of the Jobseeker’s Allowance (Transitional Provisions) Regulations 1995” there shall be substituted the words “regulation 10(6) of the Jobseeker’s Allowance (Transitional Provisions) Regulations 1996(3)”.
