Amendment of regulation 9 of the principal Regulations
3. In regulation 9 of the principal Regulations (issue of vouchers by ophthalmic medical practitioners and opticians)–
(a)paragraph (1) is omitted;
(b)in paragraph (2)(a) for the words “may be” there is substituted the word “is”;
(c)paragraph (7) is omitted.
