In exercise of the powers conferred by section 128(1), (2) and (6) of the Education Reform Act 1988(1) the Secretary of State for Wales, having consulted in accordance with subsection (4) of the said section 128 Coleg Normal Bangor Higher Education Corporation(2) and the Higher Education Funding Council for Wales(3), and with the consent of University College of North Wales, Bangor given in accordance with subsection (2) of that section, hereby makes the following Order:
1988 c. 40; section 128 was amended by paragraph 34 of Schedule 8 to the Further and Higher Education Act 1992 (c. 13) and by paragraph 30 of Schedule 6 to the Charities Act 1993 (c. 10).
Established under the Education (Higher Education Corporations) (Wales) Order 1991 (S.I. 1991/1976) made under section 122 of the Education Reform Act 1988.
