PART I INFORMATION FOR SUPPLY WITH NON-DOMESTIC RATE DEMAND NOTICES

3.  A statement of the amount calculated—

(a) by the billing authority under section 32(4) of the 1992 Act, and

(b) by the major precepting authority under section 43(4) of the 1992 Act,

as its budget requirment for the relevant year.
