Expenses of new parish council
9. For the purposes of article 3 of the Local Government Finance (Miscellaneous Provisions) (England) Order 1991(1) and regulation 4(2) of the Community Charges and Non-Domestic Rating (Miscellaneous Provisions) (England) Regulations 1991(2) the amount specified in relation to the new parish of Hillesley and Tresham is £2,000.
