Fees for the testing of disinfectants
2.—(1) Subject to paragraph (2) below, a person who submits a disinfectant for testing in accordance with article 7 of the Diseases of Animals (Approved Disinfectants) Order 1978(1) shall pay to the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food the fees prescribed in the Schedule to this Order.
(2) Until 1st August 1991 the fee payable in respect of each testing of a disinfectant for efficacy against Foot and Mouth Disease shall be £168.00 and the fee payable in respect of each testing of a disinfectant for efficacy against Swine Vesicular Disease shall be £219.00.
