In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 9 of the Diplomatic and Consular Premises Act 1987(1), I hereby make the following Order:

1.  This Order may be cited as the Diplomatic and Consular Premises Act 1987 (Commencement No.1) Order 1987.

2.  The provisions of the Diplomatic and Consular Premises Act 1987 specified in the Schedule to this Order shall come into force on 11th June 1987.
