62 Penalty for wilfully cutting moorings.U.K.

Every person, other than the harbour master, who shall wilfully cut, break, or destroy the mooring or fastening of any vessel lying in the harbour or dock, or at or near the pier, shall for every such offence be liable to a penalty not exceeding [F1level 1 on the standard scale].
