5 Rights of surviving spouse [F1 or civil partner ]as respects the matrimonial[F1 or civil partnership] home. U.K.

The Second Schedule to this Act shall have effect for enabling the surviving [F2 husband or wife][F2 spouse or civil partner ] of a person dying intestate after the commencement of this Act to acquire the matrimonial [F3 or civil partnership ]home.
