13Section one hundred and fifty-one of the Local Government Act, 1933 (which provides for the adjustment, by agreement or otherwise, of certain matters between public bodies affected by an alteration of areas or authorities made by an order under Part VI of that Act) shall apply to councils of counties or county boroughs affected by the provisions of this Schedule as to the vesting on the appointed day of any property, right or liability as it applies to public bodies affected by such an alteration as aforesaid, with the substitution for the reference to the alteration made by an order under Part VI of that Act of a reference to the said provisions of this Schedule.
