Companies (Floating Charges) (Scotland) Act 1961 (c. 46)

9 Citation, extent and commencement

(1) This Act may be cited as the Companies (Floating Charges) (Scotland) Act, 1961.

(2) This Act shall extend to Scotland only.

(3) This Act shall come into force at the expiration of a period of three months beginning with the date on which it is passed.
