6U.K.A referee or board of referees for the purposes of section seventy-four, section eighty-one or paragraph 17 of the Seventh Schedule shall, where the proceedings are to be held in Northern Ireland, be appointed by the Ministry of Labour and National Insurance for Northern Ireland after consultation with the Lord Chief Justice of Northern Ireland.
