Abolition etc of bodies

11 Dissolution of the Delivery Authority

The Sponsor Body may dissolve the Delivery Authority, but only—

(a) after completion of the Parliamentary building works, and

(b) with the consent of—

(i) the Corporate Officer of the House of Commons,

(ii) the Corporate Officer of the House of Lords, and

(iii) the House Commissions.
