SCHEDULE 1 FURTHER PROVISION ABOUT THE DATA GUARDIAN

Report and accounts

20 “Financial year” means—

(a) the period beginning with the day on which the first person is appointed under section 1 and ending with the following 31 March, and

(b) each successive period of 12 months.
