(1)The amount up to which there is authorisation for the use of resources for the year ending with 31 March 2019 is increased by £328,649,491,000.
(2)Of the amount authorised by subsection (1)—
(a)£290,785,115,000 is authorised for use for current purposes; and
(b)£37,864,376,000 is authorised for use for capital purposes.
