SCHEDULE 1 EXEMPTED SUBSTANCES

Alcohol

3 Alcohol or alcoholic products.

In this paragraph—

• “alcohol” means ethyl alcohol, and

• “alcoholic product” means any product which—

  (a)

  contains alcohol, and

  (b)

  does not contain any psychoactive substance.
