(2)In the following provisions omit “Welsh”—
(a)subsection (1) (in the second place it occurs),
(b)in subsection (2), paragraphs (b), (o) and (p),
(c)subsection (2A),
(d)subsection (3) (in the second place it occurs), and
(e)subsection (4) (in the first place it occurs).
(2)Omit subsection (5A).
(3)In subsection (6) omit “or (5A)”.
