Section 25: Amendment of the Northern Ireland Assembly Disqualification Act 1975

118. This section makes provision amending Part 3 of Schedule 1 to the Northern Ireland Assembly Disqualification Act 1975.

119. The amendment will disqualify anyone holding the position of Civil Service Commissioner for Northern Ireland from sitting concurrently in the Northern Ireland Assembly.
