SCHEDULE 13 U.K. Extension of powers to issue warrants under the 1998 Act to CAT

4 U.K. In section 61 (interpretation of Part 2), after the definition of “the Treaty” insert—

““the Tribunal” means the Competition Appeal Tribunal;”

“Tribunal rules” means rules under section 15 of the Enterprise Act 2002.””.
