Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide Act 2007 (c. 19) E+W

147 E+W In section 6 of the Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide Act 2007 (emergencies), in subsection (7) in the definition of “relevant NHS body”—

(a) before paragraph (a) insert—

“(za) the National Health Service Commissioning Board;”, and”

(b) in paragraph (a)—

(i) at the beginning insert “a clinical commissioning group,”

(ii) omit “a Strategic Health Authority,”, and

(iii) omit “Primary Care Trust,”.
