(2)In the title, for “removal of senior officers” substitute “exercise of powers under section 42”.
(3)In subsection (1), omit “9E, 11 or”.
(4)In subsection (2), for paragraph (a) substitute—
“(a)the Mayor’s Office for Policing and Crime;”.
