271In section 97 (regulations for police forces)—
(a)in subsection (3)(a), for “police authorities” substitute “local policing bodies”;
(b)for subsection (4)(c), substitute—
“(c)such persons as appear to the Secretary of State to represent the views of police and crime commissioners;
(ca)the Mayor’s Office for Policing and Crime;
(cb)the Common Council of the City of London; and”.
