176 U.K. The Finance Act 1982 is amended as follows.

177 U.K. In section 134(1) (alternative valuation of ethane used for petrochemical purposes) after “provision of the principal Act” insert “ , in Part 8 of the Corporation Tax Act 2010 ”.

178 (1) In Schedule 19 (supplementary provisions relating to APRT) omit paragraph 10(7). U.K.

(2) Sub-paragraph (1) has effect for corporation tax purposes only.
