Section 9: Offences by bodies corporate
39.Section 9 provides that, if an offence under this Act, or any regulations made under it, which is commited by a body corporate is committed with the consent or connivance of, or is attributable to the neglect of, an officer of a body corporate, then that officer as well as the body corporate is guilty of the offence.
