318 U.K. The Films Act 1985 is amended as follows.

319 U.K. In paragraph 1(1) of Schedule 1 (certification of British films for the purposes of film tax relief), in the definition of “film production company”, for the words from “Chapter 3” to the end substitute “ Part 15 of the Corporation Tax Act 2009 (see section 1182 of that Act) ”.
