Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Act 2007 (c. 28) E+W

20 (1) In section 23 (definitions), subsection (1) is amended as follows. E+W

(2) Omit the definition of “the Boundary Committee”.

(3) After the definition of “local government area” insert—

““the Local Government Boundary Commission” means the Local Government Boundary Commission for England;”.
