65 (1) Section 28 of the Housing Act 1996 (grants under sections 50 to 54 of the Housing Act 1988) is amended as follows. E+W

(2) Omit subsections (1), (2) and (6).

(3) In the heading for “ss 50 to 54” substitute “ Part 2 ”.
