10 E+W In section 108 of the Magistrates' Courts Act 1980 (right of appeal to the Crown Court), in subsection (3)(c), for “section 2 of the Protection of Animals Act 1911” substitute “ section 37(1) of the Animal Welfare Act 2006 ”.
