Part 1 E+W Amendments to Schedule 22 to SSFA 1998

8 (1) Paragraph 4 is amended as follows. E+W

(2) In sub-paragraph (1)—

(a) after “local education authority” insert “ in Wales ”, and

(b) for “Secretary of State” substitute “ Assembly ”.

(3) In sub-paragraph (2)—

(a) for “Secretary of State” substitute “ Assembly ”, and

(b) for “he” substitute “ the Assembly ”.
