Railways Clauses Consolidation Act 1845 (c. 20) E+W

5 (1) The Railways Clauses Consolidation Act 1845 is amended as follows. E+W

(2) Section 104 (detention of offenders) shall cease to have effect.

(3) Section 154 (transient offenders) shall cease to have effect.
