56 E+W The Housing Act 1996 is amended as follows.

57 E+W In section 51(7) (schemes for investigation of housing complaints), for “section 51C” substitute “ section 41 of the Public Services Ombudsman (Wales) Act 2005 ”.

58 E+W Omit sections 51A to 51C and Schedule 2A (the Social Housing Ombudsman for Wales).
