60 E+W In section 31 of the Data Protection Act 1998 (regulatory activity), in subsection (4)(a)—

(a) in sub-paragraph (ii), omit “or, the Commission for Local Administration in Wales”;

(b) in sub-paragraph (iii), omit “or, the Health Service Commissioner for Wales”;

(c) for sub-paragraph (iv) substitute—

“(iv) the Public Services Ombudsman for Wales,”.
