40E+W+SIn section 15 of the National Minimum Wage Act 1998 (c. 39) (disclosure of information obtained by officers acting for the purposes of that Act), after subsection (6) insert—
“(6A)Nothing in this section prevents a disclosure in accordance with section 16A below.”
