32U.K.In paragraph 4 of Schedule 4 to that Act (lifestyle offences: Scotland: people trafficking) for “section 25(1) of the Immigration Act 1971 (assisting illegal entry etc.)” there shall be substituted “ section 25, 25A or 25B of the Immigration Act 1971 (assisting unlawful immigration etc.) ”.
