19(1)The Water Act 1989 is amended as follows.
(2)In section 174 (general restrictions on disclosure of information)—
(a)in subsection (2)(d), for sub-paragraph (ii) there is substituted—
“(ii)the Office of Fair Trading;”
(b)in subsection (3), after paragraph (lm) there is inserted—
“(ln)the Enterprise Act 2002;”.
