Agricultural Marketing (Northern Ireland) Order 1982 (S.I. 1982/1080 (N.I. 12))

6 In Schedule 8 to the Agricultural Marketing (Northern Ireland) Order 1982—

(a) omit the entry relating to paragraph 16(2) of Schedule 3 to the [1973 c. 41.] Fair Trading Act 1973; and

(b) in the entry relating to the [1980 c. 21.] Competition Act 1980—

(i) for “sections” substitute “section”;

(ii) omit “and 15(3)”.
