The Trade Marks Act 1938 (c. 22) U.K.

4 U.K. In section 58B of the Trade Marks Act 1938 (delivery up of offending goods and material), in subsection (6) for the words “Chapter II of Part II of the Criminal Justice (Scotland) Act 1995” there shall be substituted the words “ Part II of the Proceeds of Crime (Scotland) Act 1995. ”
