29In subsection (2) of section 1 of the Licensed Premises (Exclusion of Certain Persons) Act 1980, in paragraph (c) for the words from “sections” to “1975” there shall be substituted the words “sections 228, 246(2) and (3) and 247 of the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1995”.
