The Water Resources Act 1991 E+W+S

134 E+W+S In section 43 of that Act (appeals to the Secretary of State from decisions with respect to licences) after subsection (1) there shall be inserted—

“(1A) This section is subject to section 114 of the 1995 Act (delegation or reference of appeals etc).”
