The Norfolk and Suffolk Broads Act 1988 (c. 4) E+W

27 E+W In Schedule 3 to the Norfolk and Suffolk Broads Act 1988 (functions of the Broads authority), in paragraph 43, for the words from “as a local authority” onwards there shall be substituted “ for the purposes of the M1 Derelict Land Act 1982 as a National Park authority and the Broads as a National Park for which it is the local planning authority ”.
