The Landlord and Tenant Act 1987 (c. 31) E+W

26 E+W In section 58(1) of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987 (exempt landlords), after paragraph (dd) there shall be inserted the following paragraph—

“(de) a National Park authority;”.
