15In paragraph 16 of Schedule 4 to the [S.I. 1989/638.] European Economic Interest Grouping Regulations 1989 (provisions of Companies Act 1985 applying to EEIGs and their establishments), for the words “section 704(5)” there shall be substituted the words “section 704(5), (7) and (8)”.
