15 E+W+S In paragraph 16 of Schedule 4 to M1 the European Economic Interest Grouping Regulations 1989 (provisions of Companies Act 1985 applying to EEIGs and their establishments), for the words “section 704(5)” there shall be substituted the words “ section 704(5), (7) and (8) ”.
