22E+W+SIn Schedule 8 to the Electricity Act 1989 (consents for generating stations and overhead lines), in paragraph 2(6), in paragraph (a) omit “and Wales” and after that paragraph insert—
“(aa)in relation to Wales, means a local planning authority;”.
