The Electricity Act 1989 (c. 29) E+W+S

22 E+W+S In Schedule 8 to the Electricity Act 1989 (consents for generating stations and overhead lines), in paragraph 2(6), in paragraph (a) omit “and Wales” and after that paragraph insert—

“(aa) in relation to Wales, means a local planning authority;”.
